The best sushi in Knoxville
It was great. It's Chinese fast food. It's wonderful. It's not a tuxedo or suit and tie 5 star New York style restaurant. But it has great food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Very clean.
8-17-24. We are local. Our first time here. Excellent food. Authentic excellent and friendly service. Clean and quiet (except for loud women next to us - LOL ). Great prices too. We loved our experience. Highly recommend.

Food is always great. Employees are kind and accommodating. This is my daughter's favorite restaurant. Lo mein, general tso's, all sweet and sour items, and chicken with mixed veggies are some of our top picks. Portions are great. We always have leftovers the next day
Everything is great about this restraunt, the food, the service, the price, and the atmosphere. Not to mention the in-house made suchi. No one in their right mind would give this place less then five stars.
We were pleasantly surprised to find CHINA 1. Nice staff and the food was prepared well, and came out fast and hot. The portions were bigger than expected. We went with traditional Chinese. Looking forward to trying the sushi next time. Update: the sushi is creative and well prepared.
